“Without research your nothing!”

     Now, for research, this means before you just run out of the door with a bunch of shit circa Vietnam and Korea in a WWII unit, research, hell the other day I saw an "18th Marine Division", funny since the USMC only fielded and still fields 6 Marine Divisions. Take some time and look into what you’re doing. How's your roster going to look? Who's going to do what? Where did your unit serve? Here's some help to save you some time.

     First, I'll start with ranks, I'll cover ranks for the US, Britain, and Germany, as these are the main countries.

NOTE: “Enlisted pay grades were reversed from 7 lowest to 1 highest, Officers were not.

     Furthermore I'm leaving out Warrant Officers; as they have little to no effective use in this sort of group, for the U.S. Military anyways.”
